Bernardo Claro da Fonseca
Bernardo Claro da Fonseca studied at the École hôtelière de Lausanne with a postgraduate degree in inflight Management, management of Companies at Universidade Lusófona de Humanities and Technologies and Owner/President Management and business Administration at Harvard Business School. He began working as a teenager, getting accustomed to accumulating studies and work. In 1998 he entered the world of aviation through PGA Airlines as Inflight Service Manager and procurement. In 2003 fund Inflight Solutions, expanding in a few years the company’s services to C6 Aviation Engineering & Maintenance with certificate Easa Part 145 M, IFS Ground Services and IFS Training and consulting. In October 2013 internationalized the group creating in S. Paulo the Ambaar Lounge specializing in design, construction and management of lounges, having quickly become a benchmark in the market where it operates with customers such as Star Alliance, Bradesco, Amercian Express, Visa, Master Card, Priority Pass among others. Bernardo Fonseca is currently expanding the operation to several airports in Brazil dividing his time between S. Paulo and Lisbon.
Vítor Rodrigues began his aviation career when in 1985 he joined the Air force. In this branch of the armed forces, he played among several functions the technician of inspection of equipment flight and survival. In 1999 he began working at Cateringpor as head of customer equipment. Subsequently, in 2006, he entered Euroatlantic Airways for the role of flight operations Officer. He was the founding member of C6 Aviation, where he assumed the Position of director of Operations of the company. In this role he helped implement and supervised the business areas such as passenger assistance, onboard assistance, maintenance of GSE equipment, certified area for the maintenance of C6 aircraft components and Training academy for Aviation. Currently, as Director of operations, Vitor is responsible for all operations of the group.
Eng. José Andrade
Major-General Aeronautical engineer retired, José Andrade graduated in aeronautical engineering in 1970, having exercised part of his activity at OGMA where he was head of the studies and Projects section, head of the Technical Support Office, head of the division of Maintenance of helicopters and mechanical assemblies, head of the Aircraft Maintenance division, head of the Planning and Production Control division, head of the computer service and head of the personnel Service and logistic support. In the Air Force he also served as commander of the Material group of the Montijo Air Base, deputy director of the supply department, Director of the Mechanics and Aeronautical Directorate and Director of the F-16 program. After being retired he served as Auditor and quality director of Heliavia, and consultant/Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 certification and 9120:2005. In its formation there are also-Skymaster Series Factory Maintenance Course, general course of air war, course of stock management, ACE Senior Officers Orientation Course at the National Defense Institute (IDN); Quality Audits course, National Defense course, Air War Superior course, airport security Course-Nível1, EASA Part M/Part 145 Training Course, Maintenance Resource Management Course, operational Quality course, course of Institutional context and aeronautical legislation, course of Safety Management Systems.
Director C6 – Engineering & Maintenance
Pedro Martins has seven years of experience in aviation, namely in the field of engineering and maintenance. He joined C6 Aviation in 2012 for the Maintenance Directorate of the GSE Equipment area, being also responsible for the project department. In 2014 he took over the Directorate of C6 Aviation – Engineering & Maintenance, which aggregates the GSE workshop and the certified area for the repair of C6 components.
Pedro, graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Beira Interior and subsequently took master’s degree in Applied Energy at the same institution. Pedro also counts on his curriculum with various formations related to the maintenance of components.
Carlos Lopes has several years of experience in maintenance and operation in aeronautical material. He joined the Portuguese Air Force in 1981 as a mechanic of aeronautical material, then passed through several flight Squas in the area of engine and structure maintenance. He held leadership positions in land maintenance and operational flight in Bases on the continent and Islands and participated in several detactions in support of foreign operations. He joined C6 Aviation in 2014 as a certifier of aeronautical material in category C6 – components. He currently occupies the position of Maintenance Director Part 145.
Security Manager/ADJ. Dir. Maintenance
Fernando began his career in the military for 10 years, where he developed skills of logistic-administrative level, as well as human resources management. In 2012 he joined C6 Aviation, where he assumed functions in the management of the warehouse of the PART145 components workshop. During the period as warehouse manager, developed and implemented the software currently used for warehouse management, applied to the procedural and documentary management of the Part145 workshop. Subsequently took over the management of the planning of the component repair area. Cumulatively, it is the security Manager of C6 Aviation since 2016. Fernando graduated in management, having completed his bachelor’s degree in 2009. Among the most varied current formations in the field of aviation, we highlight the training in Part145 organizations and the Civil Aviation security Manager.
Director Maintenance Equipment GSE
Luís Jorge began his experience in aviation by joining C6 Aviation in 2013 as director of the GSE Equipment maintenance and design area, a function that he still plays today. In this position, Luís was also responsible for the maintenance of catering equipment. From previous professional experiences, we highlight the internship in Mozambique as a maintenance manager.
Luís studied at the University of Beira Interior where he graduated in mechanical engineering and subsequently took Master’s degree in Applied energy.
